Yoga is a form of physical and mental exercise which, if done on a regular basis is very beneficial for your inner and outer strength. Yoga fitness is an altogether different type of fitness, it nourishes your inactive muscles, opens them up while increasing your muscular strength. You just need to give a minimum of around 30 minutes per day, and as less as 3 days per week, get a yoga mat, and a small space wherein your yoga mat fits well with good breathing space and you’re good to go.  When you start doing yoga regularly, you get habitual to it, and gradually have the urge to do every day, and if by chance you miss out a day, you feel uncomfortable and compensate it the next day. Yoga increases your flexibility, mobility, activation of muscles, and increasing your body balance and also preventing you from injury.
